What can I expect from a video visit with Dr. Gregg?
Up to 30 minutes of face to face time discussing issues that are important to you and partnering to come up with solutions. You will always have Dr Gregg as your physician at initial visit and each follow up visit you desire so your care is personalized, familiar, and longitudinal. Her medical assistant, Clairissa, may be facilitating medication approval, referrals, authorizations and follow up care after a visit.
What if I do not have insurance that Dr. Gregg takes?
You may choose to cash/credit card pay: $400 for a new patient consult and $250 for a return patient consult. This includes up to 30 minutes of face to face time and the work outside of the visit to register you and document on the Electronic Medical Record, order, refill and possibly authorize medication(s) or referrals and coordinate care and follow up.
When is payment due?
Co-pays and credit card fees need to be paid before time of service. More information can be found on the Make a Payment page
Will my other physicians know that I am seeing Dr. Gregg?
If your other physicians are on Epic Electronic Medical Record (EHR) or have access to Epic through another EHR, they will be able to see the visit and notes from the visit with Dr Gregg. They may also know that you see her if they can see your prescription medications. You also have access to your notes and results and can share with your other physicians if desired.
Will Dr. Gregg refill my compounded hormone prescription that I got from somebody else?
Dr. Gregg follows evidenced based practices and as such rarely prescribes compounded medications (see information on hormone therapy service and menopause.org)
Can Dr Gregg by my gynecologist or primary care physician?
Dr. Gregg is a telehealth consultant and does not see patients in person. As such, it is recommended that you keep your regular gynecologist or primary care physician for exams and emergencies.
