Dr. Laurie Gregg attended Pomona College where she completed her undergraduate degree with a major in biology and a minor in exercise physiology. She received her medical degree from UCLA and finished her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at UCLA in 1995. After serving as an assistant clinical professor at UCLA, she relocated to Sacramento where she practiced OB/Gyn for 26 years. Her current telehealth practice is focused on hormonal, lifestyle and weight management with the goal of helping women maintain health and prevent disease.
In order to serve her patients with expertise, she has obtained and maintains certifications beyond her OB/Gyn Board Certification. She has been a Certified Menopause Practitioner since 2013 and she obtained her certification in Lifestyle Medicine in 2023. Recently she completed training in wellness coaching and achieved certification with the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Gregg is the former chair of District IX (California) of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG.) Not only is she passionate about patient wellness, she has a passion for professional well-being. She serves as Chief Wellness Officer for Sutter Independent Physicians and leads well-being initiatives throughout ACOG, her hospital (Sutter Sacramento) and the Sutter Health System. As faculty of the American Association of Physician Leaders, she teaches organizational well-being on a national stage. Dr. Gregg has been recognized for her work in improving well-being in healthcare organizations with the Gary Nye and Golden Stethoscope Awards.

Up to 30 minutes of face to face time discussing issues that are important to you and partnering to come up with solutions. You will always have Dr Gregg as your physician at initial visit and each follow up visit you desire so your care is personalized, familiar, and longitudinal. Her medical assistant, Clairissa, may be facilitating medication approval, referrals, authorizations and follow up care after a visit.
Yes, certain insurances are accepted. If you have an insurance that is not accepted by Dr. Gregg, you may choose to cash/credit card pay: $400 for a new patient consult and $250 for a return patient consult.
